Yamaha MT-07

Yamaha MT-07

The Yamaha MT-07 has proved very popular due to its parallel 689cc twin engine, which is liquid cooled and Euro 4-compliant. Professional bike critics like the fact it boasts the highest torque at 6,500 rpm and generates 73.8 bhp at 9,000 rpm. And there is even a choice of colourways: blue with wheels in the same colour; black with black wheels, or black with yellow wheels.

Main Features

These comprise a steel frame designed in a tubular shape. And up front, the 282 mm wavy dual discs have two piston callipers. And at the rear, a single Nissin piston calliper comes with a curved disc of 245 mm.

On top of this, there is an excellent ABS system with a six-speed gearbox including a gear-position indicator; an LED tail light, and travel

LCD dash of 130 mm. There is also an adjustable re-bound rear shock, and a 41 mm KYB fork, which is not adjustable.

The Difference Between the 2018 & 2014 to 2017 Models

Firstly, this latest model is more comfortable than the previous one; the headlight has greater prominence than before, and the fork setting is super sporty. Moreover, in the case of rebound, the shock can now be adjusted.
